I recently presented my laptop with a rather obscure (and random) fault. Since the fault manifested itself at the very start of the boot process it was not possible for the system to produce a log file. Bideford Computers' approach to this was very methodical and the fault was eventually cleared. Chris showed great tenacity, was very professional and the liaison was excellent. I would have no hesitation in recommending this company.
