  As a retail DIY'r I needed supplies to build a deck & found the staff excellent in their knowledge & candid advice, the delivery service was superb. I had a second delivery that went to wrong address, as it was across the road they weren't willing to come back & redeliver; so my wife & 8yr old son had to lug sleepers across the road - she wasn't impressed. I went in the branch the following weekend and they couldn't have been more apologetic about the error & were even more willing to help restore my faith. My only advice is to book Saturday deliveries well in advance & be sure to keep all your paperwork together as my prices varied a little from invoice to invoice. Will use them again....
