    Both occasions (Oct 15 and Sept 16) I have had really poor customer service - considering we were only people in there. I felt like the salesperson was actually going to yawn / roll his eyes at my Dad for asking a simple question. No patience or pleasentries at all. When you have experience in retail it is always really disapointing when you receive such lacklustre service yourself!
